Any Dem reps who’d like to get this on the air yesterday please see @mattinpa. Or somebody. Just do it now.

It’s a great song when played by the right person and/or party. Yay Dems!

Childish, spiteful behavior on the Dem’s part.

I love it…

Speaker Pelosi sounds far better than Minority Leader Pelosi.

Gop can run, go play with Trump at the WH, but they can’t hide. What this legislation morphs into is hard to tell - but THIS iteration - is what they voted for. This is how poorly they view the value and worth of the US citizens. Each GOPer who heard at a town hall meeting directly from a constituent, that they would die without ACA, with the provisions in this bill - it is very possible/likely that many of those people will be priced out of coverage - This Is What They Voted For.

Let’s see what that CBO score looks like next week. Aren’t they on recess? Boy, that’s gonna be uncomfortable…

Democratic lawmakers sang “Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye,” by rock group Steam, after House Republicans voted to pass the latest iteration of their repeal bill.

So after six years spent furiously dry-humping they were finally able to…

oh nevermind.

Well in case there was any chance that the welling up of resistance to trump and the gopers would wane this petty well insures (pun intended) that it won’t happen.

From this point forward anyone who goes bankrupt due to unaffordable medical treatment and inadequate insurance…it’s on the gopers.

From this point forward anyone who dies from a treatable ailment because they couldn’t get adequate insurance…its on the gopers.

Don’t ever let them forget it…EVER!!! They are complicit in the destitution and death of their constituents!

i wonder what Trump promised them that they’ll never get? The House GOP just got played by Trump, the dumbest conman in this country’s history.

Will the SenateSonsOfMitches cave to the pressures ? If so, what then?

Darrell Issa voting should always be accompanied by a soundtrack of Talking Heads’ Burning Down the House!

A quick check of Google News discloses the MSM is reporting this as a Big Trump Victory.

I think we are about to start another five day Big Trump Pivot narrative period.

They got played by Ryan, who had his entire career as a Speaker riding on this (and as close as this was, for as high profile as it is…I still think he made a bad gamble that will ultimately cost him). Now its definitely possible that Ryan got played by Trump, but I see it as more probable that Ryan’s unquenching desire to destroy every safety net in America was more than enough of a driver for him to push for this so relentlessly.

And yes, its my firm believe that he just voted away his Speakership, as the Dems will take back the House in 2018. I’ve felt that was going to happen for all sorts of reasons(first midterm always goes against the White House, the #resistance is only picking up steam, not waning in the least, republican voters are becoming disenchanted around the edges), but this just gave a huge amount of fuel to that fire.

Somehow I don’t think the victory will last too long … very soon MSM should be featuring plenty of irate citizens outside Congressmen’s offices (not at town halls since I assume there will be none).
