Gotta love it…the GOPpers looked like total nimrods…no vote because…oh nevermind.
The GOP decided after 20 first graders were slaughtered in Sandy Hook that their most desireable course of action was to marry the NRA. Evidently the ability to own a semi automatic military weapon is much more valid than the lives of children. Fine, we understand that in the GOP rule book the NRA trumps even the RWNJ evangelical social issue crap. For all of their handwringing about Muslims running amouk in this country, it’s still more important for everyone to be able to easily purchase weapons, even if they are on the freaking No Fly list. 
I’m waiting for Republicans to propose a bill loosening restrictions on buying fully automatic weapons. They usually respond to these tragedies by doubling down and this one seems like low-hanging fruit.
Children are a renewable resource.
