This is what happens when partisan political hacks are elected to the Bench. It happens in far too many states. It has gotten worse and worse over the years. Partisan judicial elections are a cornerstone of both the Federalist Society and ALEX. The GOP has made converting non-partisan state benches into jobs for partisan hacks for sometime now and America is worse for it.
What is really sick - is that this is a political race and not about legal qualifications.
I mean this philosophically.
But, itâs reality - therefore, I hope she beats him like a dirty rug.
How can one be a protege of a box of rocks?
Letâs hope that Waukesha County doesnât report last with the magical quantity of votes necessary to ensure a republikkkan âvictoryâ.

Weâve seen the Republican bait-and-switch too often.
Republican words against activist judges masked their exclusive focus on judicial activism. Their words of devotion for marriage gave way first to Reagan and now to a serial divorceâ. Their strong-on-defense turned in to surrender to Russia.
Their anti-drug stance morphed into ground-floor investment opportunities. Their words on free trade disappeared, replaced by hidden taxes on Americans called tariffs.
Fiscal responsibility now means massive debt. And on and onâŚ
Get. Out. And. Vote.
That is all.
Filed my absentee ballot last week. Made sure I knew who was who and cast accordingly. I donât want to believe that Wisconsin will be snookered again, but time will tell. Spring elections like this donât guarantee a great turnout and thatâs all the GOP might need to win the seat.
If this coverup of the Mueller Report and attempted repeal of the ACA doesnât convince Progressives to show up and vote in droves, nothing will. Meaning I expect a strong showing from the good guys.
Trump and his cronies couldnât have timed it worse from the standpoint of this election. But it drives home the incredibly high stakes at play.

I sent out 20 postcards for Postcards to Voters on behalf of Neubauer. I hate the door knocking and phone banking but feel the need to do something. Didnât really know anything about this race but hope my drop in the bucket along with everyone elseâs makes a difference.
Is organizing happening? If we organize, we win. Since youâre there I donât need to tell you we won quite a few specials in the Badger State that way since Nov '16.
SoâŚwhy were âstrategists of both partiesâ conceding the race to Neubauer if there was no polling?
