Has Bill “Catch-22” Barr explained yet that it’s DOJ policy to never comment on any matters that implicate individuals who are not already serving the death penalty?
If Kush were already tried, convicted, and executed for selling American secrets to pay off his family’s recklessly overleveraged boondoggles, then sure. But, by all accounts, he’s currently getting away with it, so it’s not the DOJ’s place to interfere with such excellent ongoing treason.
