Congress requires ICE to publish an initial report, for public release, on each in-custody death for within 30 days and similarly for a final report within 60 days.
But Republican Secretary of State Ken Detzner ICE and CBP spokesmen told reporters that they needed to consult with state lawmakers Congress before pressing forward.
“We need to get some direction from them as far as implementation and definitions — all the kind of things that the supervisors were asking. It would be inappropriate for us to charge off without direction from them.”
Nobody knew that denying immigration and asylum could be so complicated.

Unfortunately , nothing will happen ; ICE will just carry on killing people .
State’s rights when convenient. Next they will have the Feds bow to (un)Constitutional Sheriffs.
