Sessions says he cannot invoke executive privilege, only the Prez can. When asked if Trump has invoked said privilege, Sessions says no. So, why can’t you talk? Because the President might invoke the privilege. But he has not done so, why can’t you talk now? Because I am protecting his right to do so. Thus, the Time Machine.
