Right…what he meant to say was "You can rape anyone you want if you’re rich and powerful enough because you’ll get away with it…it’s not really ‘rape’ if you’re never convicted.’

I don’t like McCaskill but I’d rather have a Dem in that seat. Also, if she can succeed at hanging Akin associations around Trump’s neck, so much the better.

Could be though, a lot of white, male ,ultra conservatives will be all the more taken with the Donald as he is attacked by “establishment elites”. As Krugman says in his blog this morning:

What I’m wondering: How, exactly, does the Trump implosion everyone is predicting happen at this point? The punditocracy wrote him off over the McCain comments, and was totally wrong. If base voters haven’t decided that he’s a buffoon yet, what new information will convince them?

Perhaps videos of him torturing Pocket Beagles might do it. Who knows?

My brother from STL has the misfortune to actually know Claire. She’s an asshole.

Still, he voted for her.

I’m not saying that I don’t want her in that senate seat. I’m saying that even though I do want her in that seat, I can’t stand her. It’s strategic disliking.
