For the record, J never said anything about gay people getting married, but sure did say something against divorce. He also talked about rendering to “Caesar” that which is Caesar’s, which I take to mean following laws and such.

She is in violation of her sworn duties and I would imagine could be removed from her position because of it. She took an oath, correct?

Not only has refused one part of her duty (issue same sex licenses) but also refusing to issue any others.

Indeed. And what they are is decisions protecting folks from the imposition of religion via the trappings of governmental institutions and authority. The religious freedom at stake here is the gay couples’ religious freedom, their right to not believe what die-hard fundamentalist batshit Christians believe and to be free of those beliefs in their dealings with the government.

The MSM keeps fucking pussyfooting and refuses to talk about this issue in that manner, straight up and without hedging. Why? Because they want to perpetuate the controversy, not talk truth. This has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with her religious freedom. Never has and never will.
