At what point do we start charging ExxonMobil execs with thousand of counts of reckless homicide?

Honestly, my understanding is there is a good chance a PG&E Transformer fault caused the fire, so they might literally be directly responsible for these deaths and the destruction of property.

And for not distributing enough rakes.

It’s not that simple.
And we’d need to go after shareholders, too.
They are, after all, the parties responsible for choosing the corporate leadership.

Who’s at fault is terribly complicated. Big debates are going on right now as to who should pay, the utility company or the consumers of which I’m one in SF. But there is rain in forecast for Tuesday, which could blow some smoke away. Keeping fingers crossed.

That’s the immediate fault of this current disaster.

The broader disaster has a hundred thousand parents and a lineage going back to Standard Oil. And it will continue apace - accelerating the whole time - after every spark of this tragedy has been extinguished.
