Brian Williams at least never did the boogaloo with Turdblossom.
I love this bit from politico:
"I was so consumed and self absorbed that I didn’t think enough about communicating enough to people if I’m doing well, you’re doing well we’re doing this together, so some people were not unhappy to get some comeuppance so i think i had to learn something from that,” he said.
Look at how many times he uses “I” in a paragraph about how he learned not to be so self absorbed. Followed by this,
“There’s peace because as much as I miss the work…I don’t miss NBC, I don’t miss being there. It was just the wrong atmosphere for me,” he said.
Yeah…David is learning alright.
If there is a quintessential image of the buffoonery of US “journalists,” that would be it.
Saw him on CBS this morning playing the same tune. 'I have learned to be modest about all the great things I have done. I’m a better person for having written this wonderful book all about me and how I learned to notice people who are not me, poor things."
No one questioned my journalistic capability or my integrity.
Umm … yeah we did.
I think I see what you I-ntended me to be I-nformed about.
Right? In his first public comments since the 1 year confidentiality, non-disparagement clause expired, Gregory is still the same clueless, insipid twit he’s always been. No awareness at all.
He left out the part to look for him at Fox News in the near future
I don’t think about either of them.
He’ll be another token"librul" because he came from NBC. He also will be just the same dimbulb beltway hack he always was . Good place for him
A token “librul” ino ready to bash liberals anytime Fox wants him to
TV news is not journalism. TV news is infotainment. Tossing softball questions at politicians to enable them to spew their talking points is not journalism. Acting as a conduit for political power figures to manipulate the news cycle is not journalism.
And the people doing it will be the last to discover your POV.
