I do not have problem with this. If the immigrants are able, why shouldn’t they help to defray the cost to the taxpayers? Keep in mind that these migrants all had to pass through several safe countries on their way to their chosen destination so that chosen destination often has more to do with economics than safety.

These are not refugees. These are an army of moochers, running in cowardice from ISIS. ISIS is winning because the “men” of Syria run away. There is no reason why Denmark should accept thousands upon thousands. You probably don’t know that Denmark is 2x New Jersey in area. It’s a small place, and it is already overrun with rapefugees. What this will do is simply deter rapefugees from coming. That’s a win. What is needed, at this point, is to put all the refugees in camps in Greece, and the rest of the EU to subsidize. If they know that they will undergo great peril to end up in a refugee camp, they will stop coming. This year, there will be 2,000,000-3,000,000. That is not possible.
My great grand parents came to the US from Denmark. Today I feel ashamed.
Of all of the people who would prefer to live in Denmark, how many migrants is Denmark supposed to accept?

The cluelessness about this invasion of the EU area is amazing. These people are not coming as refugees from a war zone. They are coming from Turkey, which is not a war zone. They come to Denmark for free beer and food. They are coming to Germany because Germany gives out free money - €143/month, or €1716/year. Since now Germany has 1,000,000 rapefugees, that is €1,716,000,000 in free money that is given to these men - 90% are men. They don’t speak German or Danish or English. They hate Jews and have attitudes toward women which most here would consider absolutely unacceptable.
Specifically how many is the EU land to accept? Because there are billions in Africa watching.
I assume you are from the EU zone - say, how is that rising right wing lifting up? Many in the US are watching the right wing rise - a few more rapefugee riots, and you will see not a rising of the right wing but a mighty revolt.

I don’t support Trump. However, what is very clear, to all but liberal clueless persons, is that Trump has found an issue which liberals do not understand. A majority of Americans do not support amnesty for criminals. A majority of Americans do not support the illegals taking jobs from US workers. And if the D party does not address these issues, these issues will win the election for Trump or someone on the right. D party members (I resigned, myself, and am now an Independent) can either cede this issue to the right, or they can become Barbara Jordan Democrats. In 1995, the Jordan Commission stated that “Illegals must be deported”. We should listen to her now.

If such an “award” existed in English, your word “rapefugees” would be a prime candidate. It is an absolutely appalling term, devoid of any empathy, but also devoid of any knowledge of the situation, including your suggested concentration camp solution. Have you no sense of decency, sir?
Do you have any idea where the word came from? And since you are the clearest example of a clueless ignoramus on this issue, answer a couple questions. How much money are Germans paying out? How many freeloading free-beer seeking persons are housed in the town of Sumte:

perhaps these valuables should be put in escrow to be retrieved at a later point once these people are resettled and employed… the generous benefits provided by these countries were a draw for many of these refugees… there are accounts of some refusing to resettle in countries that didn’t provide the apartments, monthly allotments and donations and demanded to be resettled in germany (esp). there have also been reports of people being forced to give up their apartments to make room for these refugees. and, of course, now there are the increasing reports of the rapes, sexual assaults, and general lawlessness happening in many cities where refugees have been sent. something you won’t see covered in u.s. press; along with the misleading original reporting that it was families on the run… when it was overwhelmingly young, unattached men. check out the videos on youtube of the area around calais where the truckers are being confronted by these guys attempting to break in to their trucks for transport into the uk.
and now there’s a resurgence of rightwing politicians and neonazi/nationalist groups along with attacks on refugee centers. this entire situation is a fucking catastrophe and it’s only going to get worse.
I am not in the habit of arguing with someone who thinks that I am a “clueless ignoramus”. Or with someone who disrespects the dignity of fellow human beings by calling them “rapefugees”. That term is precisely on the same level as “n*****”.
But here is a question for you: do you actually read and understand German or Swedish or can you only take your clues from English speaking media? There is a difference regarding how broad and astute the information is.
BTW; the German budget in 2015 ran a surplus of 12 bn. Euros. The refugees cost about 1 bn. Euros. I think that Germany can afford a humane policy.
Here is another nugget: among any large number of people there are some criminals. The German crime statistic lists slightly over 6 million crimes for 2014. That means that 1 million refugees are out of the normal range only once they commit more than 75.000 crimes a year. You know, Germans and Swedes commit crimes as well. So do Americans.
The basic complaint remains: the term “rapefugees” is beyond all repair. It is stigmatizing and inhumane. And calling the German Chancellor a “fucking moron” is not much better. This will be my last response to you, sir.
It’s amazing that some are defending the scum that are the illegals. Of those that are Syrian, they are running from ISIS, and this has allowed ISIS to succeed. If the 400,000 Syrian “men” in Germany, Austria, Sweden, and Denmark were in Syria, and armed, the 30,000-40,000 ISIS fighters would be in a different kind of a war. They are freeloaders, looking for free beer, women not in burkas, and an easy life. Finally, note that not a single one of these are refugees. Refugees are fleeing a war zone. Turkey is not a war zone. None of them are fleeing Syria directly, as anyone can tell by looking at a map. They were in Turkey first. Hence, they are economic migrants. Actual refugees from Ukraine, where there is a conflict, have not been granted asylum in Germany.
During Holy Week, there is Fasching and Karneval, and these will be interesting. Already towns are cancelling parades and festivities, in fear of the rapefugees.
Merkel has committed a horrible crime against the German, Austria, Swedish, Danish, and Italian peoples. She has committed a crime against the few refugees, by encouraging false hopes. And as you see, the enormous cluster fuck is going to get much, much worse over the next 12 months. Because the invasion tide is only beginning. Next year, it is possible that 2,000,000 will be in Germany.
