Heh-heh…With regard to N. Korea, T rumpp is, indeed, the biggliest dreamer of them all.
April 4th, I believe.
We’re going to find out how morally bankrupt these assholes are, not that there was any doubt.
Yeah, I think the FBI had a big file on him…
And if it happens, the narrative will very quickly become “see? the GOP doesn’t hate immigrants…the GOP deserves all the credit from you brownies for making this happen, so vote for us this November or you’re an ingrate.”
There is much less here than meets the eye.
Even if they do get three more signatures to force a floor vote, the Senate and Trump can be relied on to kill the thing. With no risk at all of this thing becoming law, members are free to vote yeah or nay purely based on calculation of how the optics work for them in the upcoming election. This is only even a small inconvenience for those of them who haven’t got past their primaries, because those members might have different results of the calculation for the primary vs the general.
One possible “compromise” that meets absolutely no needs of the public, however one defines the public, would be that leadership graciously agrees to a floor vote for after the primaries are over, in exchange for the supposed dissidents withdrawing their discharge petition. That way all the members get to vote pure optics.
Hoover at FBI hated RFK but hated MLK more because black.
Predicated on “moderate” Republicans following through?
My money is on “die” on the “do-or-die” proposition.
They will do nothing.
With the fawning way the media has covered Trump’s giveaway to the North Koreans, anything is possible.
The rest of the myth is that all immigrants (legal, illegal, DACA) are either gang members or fruit pickers. Could an immigrant be the only doctor in a rural district? Ha! Not a chance.
A clear eyed editorial on the meaning of PP’s swing through East Asia. It’s bullshit, is what it was.
And that’s a wrap on this one, folks. Thanks for playing…
Don’t tell me …no do…just die…right…
