Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) announced his support for Moore on Tuesday in a statement, saying Moore has a “lifelong passion for the Constitution and the Bill of Rights…"
However, he does not actually understand nor support the Constitution or the Bill of Rights.

It may well be true that Moore proudly defends Alabama values. It is also true that Moore “has the courage of his convictions.” The problem is going to be the irreconcilable differences between Moore’s “lifelong passion for [his interpretation of] the Constitution and the Bill of Rights” and the Senate oath of office to “support and defend the Constitution” as interpreted by the Supreme Court.
Cruz is the door man at the seventh level of hell and Roy Moore is the starring act. Every conservative ass hat has a front row seat at this pathetic Republican Vaudeville act.

I guess Cruz is looking to shed his reputation of the biggest asshole in the Senate.
Moore has already asked Cruz to help his fundraising effort by holding a punch-me-in-the-face-for-one-dollar event. It is expected to haul in more money than all other political fundraisers in the history of the world, combined.
