Discussion for article #245773
Which of these two is most dislikable?
All of them, Katie.
Pontificates (rhymes with defecates) the man whose record is indefensible…
because he can’t defend his own record."
What record?
Trump has never held any elected office, ever. So what “record” is Cruz referring to?
Regarding the claim that the word pussy is short for pussilaminous – maybe originally. However not as used in current language or common understanding. Are we really to believe that the ignoramus supporting Trump at his rally – or Trump himself, are thinking of the word pussilaminous when they call a male a pussy? The intention is to degrade not only as coward, but as having female characteristics – its a sexist term as well as a homophobic slur.
We will know in a few hours, if/when Sen. Cruz loses, whether he can control his language in public.
“I’m not going to insult Donald,” Cruz continued. “That ugly, lying, whiny baby can say whatever he wants.”
I know Trump won’t, he barely kept control in Iowa.
“I think the people of New Hampshire deserve better than someone just throwing mud and insulting the other candidates. I prefer to mail them official-looking bogus report cards on their voting records, or spread rumors that my opponents are ending their campaigns.”
I tried to imagine Ted with a shaved head except for a big " V " left on top —
It’s just not workin’ for me —
And if Rubio wins, he’ll repeat, he’ll repeat, he’ll repeat the same, the same, the same victory speech, speech, speech until one of his handlers presses the reset button.
Trumptantrum
tRump will say “He’s a loser. The pussy got schlonged.”
If I’ve learned anything in this life,
it’s that women love having that word used in public!
Surely the Republicans can count on the female vote now!!
I think Trump really screwed up here.
Cruz would seem to be more of a cloaca.
The words aren’t related. The sense of “effeminate or cowardly man” may be relatively recent; my dictionary says the earliest cite is 1942. Of course it wouldn’t have been likely to see print much before then, since the celebration of vulgarity is recent as well. At any rate, anyone who says it means “pusillanimous” is a sniveling liar, the kind of person who says the N-word means “ignorant person” and isn’t racist. Disgusting cowards themselves, as long as we’re on the subject.
"Donald doesn’t handle losing very well and his typical response is to
engage in insults, and usually the insults are pretty crude and
profane,” Cruz told reporters in New Hampshire when asked about Trump’s
comments, according to Buzzfeed News. "Look, he’s welcome to do that.
…
No Ted, Donald isn’t welcome to spew crude, vile, and profane insults. Not at women, not at Mexicans, Not at Muslims, not at voters in Iowa and not at any of the other groups of people he has and continues to insult.
Cruz is right.
As long as all my friends who call me “pudgy” really think I’m pugilistic, it’s ok with me.
Indiscriminate, carpet bombing Cruz criticizes Trump’s dump!
