Hell, Adelson is endorsing somebody who is openly supported by people who hate Jews, and who promote the classically deranged conspiracy theories about Jews subverting Western civilization. I’m as goy as they come so I can’t presume to speak for any American Jewish person, but if I was Jewish I would be beyond outraged that Adelson was supporting Trump. As I see it, Adelson’s a disgusting, vile creature who is selling out his own people.

Of course, if she has not already done so, she will deny its obvious root. But,if nothing else, it was subconscious, Freudian or perhaps even aspirational. Frightening beyond words.

maxaroo, we do have such a concept. It is called “Gehinnom”. We believe that a person goes there for a period of time after his or her days in this world have ended. One’s duration in Gehinnom will depend upon the quality of his/her life–the good deeds, the evil deeds, etc. With extremely rare exceptions, it is a year or less. After that time, one’s sins will have been expiated and he/she will have been purified and he/she will ascend to the World To Come. But If a person’s actions in this world were so unforgivable, so unable to be expiated or purified, he or she may be assigned to Gehinnom for eternity. The worst part of such experience would be spending eternity with the Adelsons and the Kushners.
