Decisions like this help keep me feeling that all is not lost…the judicial system is still functional and holding people accountable at some level. The real concern is that Republicans (especially McConnell) are working hard to undermine that functionality and replace fair, impartial decisions with right wing demagoguery. The courts were the most critical element of the 2016 election that never got mentioned, and they are likely to be the same in 2020…allowing the Republicans to continue to undermine justice for four more years really will destroy this nation. We just can’t allow it.
