This has all the earmarks of protected privilege, not just simple white privilege, everything I’m reading here tells me this crook was connected up top somewhere.

There are too many wrist-slaps in this story where anyone else would have been busted hard and permanent.

Someone with influence or authority or both covered this kid’s ass when he was coming up. Obviously, he never learned any lessons from it.
