Are these done deals or just another line in the water before elections, then the line will be pulled out if the Repub. wins?
It really doesn’t matter if they don’t expand Medicaid at this point. It’s doesn’t matter if they do.
What MATTERS is that we get to hit them in the face with it.

It is likely true that these folks are more likely to move if it is shown to them in terms of dollars. They could really give a rat’s ass if it’s the right thing to do for people. This is from the “hit-them-where-they-live” playbook.
