When I was an annoying and precocious know-it-all seven or eight year old, I claimed to know everything! My explanation for how I knew everything was always, “I dreamt it!” I guess it was cute (not to my older brother) but annoying. This guy on the other hand needs to go to jail!

two-man cells are rare in lowest level facilities. 2 sets of bunks per room at least (4 men) or more likely open dorm style with rows of bunks and very little privacy.
