The party that just caused gridlock for 8 years and then ran on being outsiders to Washington gonna drain the dysfunctional swamp, want to repeal with a three year replacement deadline, and then do all these behind the scenes deals in House-Senate reconciliation negotiations where the People wont get to have time and opportunity to have a say, or their plans to be adequately reviewed and criticized.
