The man was hard of hearing so it’s understandable that he heard “Martians” when the TV announcer actually said “Matlock.”

Sounds like dementia.Indulge me while I play the gun nut’s stupid car analogy game. You can report your parents for being too old and feeble to drive, you should be able to do the same about them owning a gun.
Come tho think of it, if you are going to be consistent, must gun nuts have a foorm of dementia that should disqualify them from carrying a gun.
