Discussion: Cop Put On Leave After Saying He Loved 'Happy Ending' Of Ohio Activist's Suicide

in a way its the internet’s fault. It gives folks who have always thought that way, a strange belief that they won’t get busted when they are found out.

Stay classy, Fairborn!

You’re a better person than I as I do wish most of Shrubs first cabinet had died painfully. Same is true for Putin, David Cameron, Rupert Murdoch, the Koch brothers, The LDP leadership, etc., etc., etc.

I gotta get a new hobby.

I’m from Ohio, Fairborn is an enclave of white trash. I’m sure most in that town feel exactly the same way.

I’m not from Ohio, but I did live in Youngstown and Shaker Heights for a combined five years in my early teens. A long way from Fairborn, but I’m familiar with the element. I imagine Fairborn and Youngstown have a lot in common.

OMG. What the hell is with our law enforcement officers today? How many fucking bullets do they believe will “do the job?” It’s very disturbing that it appears numerous bullets entered from the back – and at the head! You are right – this doesn’t make me happy. It makes me so angry and sad.

When I lived there, I was approached by an officer on a couple different occasions. I was going through the initial stages of my spinal problems, dealing with spasmodic torticollis – not a fun experience. It lasted the better of two years. Each time, I was waiting for a friend to meet me on the corner of Market and 17th Street. Spasmodic torticollis makes one shake and look like you have Parkinson’s Disease or MS. Of course, it can also look like you’re having a bad reaction to any number of recreational dugs. Each time, the officer who approached me was kind and asked if I needed any help. I would slowly explain the situation and that I waiting for a friend. The officers were very respectful. However, I am white and pretty small and never appeared to be a threat to others. I swear, I don’t understand how some of these situations escalate to the levels of killing. Very sad.

They don’t have to go out of their way to recruit for the police force. If you’re an under-educated racist (but I repeat myself) white male who wants to shoot a bunch of ni-CLANG, then sign up for the job that pays you to do it and protects you from prosecution afterward. It really doesn’t get any better than that. If you want to figure out who the worst racists are in a community, chances are you’ll find a target-rich environment down at the precinct station. It’s like a magnet for them.

There it is, “white and small”, but once upon a time this city didn’t experience violence along these lines and the unofficial motto was “love, peace and happiness.” Hah!

Withdrew my previous comment because I realized it was in poor taste.

I’m sure this guy can be trusted to respond appropriately to an emergency call involving a BLM member. Why he is the absolute definition of impartiality. The only color the law sees is blue.

Fairborn Police Department policy prohibits officers from posting on social media while on duty.

No word on department policy concerning being a racist douchebag.

I recognize that map! That’s where all the gun violence takes place!

I’ always intrigued by these “investigations.” What the heck is there to investigate? There are only three possible questions.

Was the post on his account?
Did he put it there?
Was he on duty when he did it?

Nothing else matters. This is an “investigation” that shouldn’t last more than a day, and only then if he won’t answer the questions.
