Two things:
First, I donāt know what I should be concerned about more: that there are policemen out there who still pull this kind of petty authoritarian crap, or that those that do are stupid enough not to realize that every move they make is going to be hyper-scrutinized due to recent events and just keep a low profile on their dickish behavior.
Second, while I would not, nor have not ever referred to a policeman as such, this guy really does look extremely porcine.

Not only would I get the tickets thrown out of court but I would sue him for harassment, force him to apologize IN the squad room in front of his fellow officers and then demand that he spend the entire day walking a BLACK neighborhood carrying a boombox that blared 'FUCK the Police.

What amazes me, is that they actually had a law in the first place that you couldnāt play loud music within 25 feet of another person until 2012 when it was struck down by the State Supreme Court. Mindblowing legislative stupidity to begin with.

And again. An officer gets pissed off at a citizen that he thinks is being disrespectful of his position. Again the cop is wrong on the lawā¦the music is legal. But heās pissed off because his authorityā¦not the lawā¦has been bruised so he issues a few BS tickets.

And apparently in FL you can get ticketed for trying to hand over your proof of car insurance when asked, but not having it accepted by the attending officer.

If you reside in the State of Florida and have for more than 30 days you must get a Florida DL. Exempt are Military and College students. Almost all states have laws like that. But he was not ticked for that BS violation. He was ticket because the cop wanted to punish him for not respecting his authority. He didnāt break the lawā¦he hurt the cops feelings.
