Discussion: Conway: We'll Pass Obamacare Repeal 'This Summer,' But 'Replace' Can Wait

Seriously. Just change the damned name and the Trumpsters will fall for it.

Just like cancer treatments can “wait”. Like diabetes treatment can “wait”. Like Alzheimer’s treatment can "wait.

Heartless, soul-less asshats, all.

“The only thing that’s changed since their vote in 2015 to repeal Obamacare and now is that you have a Republican president willing to sign that into law,” Conway said.

Trump will sign anything they give him. Lying, tweeting and signing shit - that’s the president’s job, right?

Is KAC promoting the Mercers agenda here ? Painting Donald into a corner ?

That Conway is the one to speak on this tells you that no one else wants to touch this issue.

I don’t think those people ever figured out why the status quo pre-ACA wasn’t satisfactory. They all managed to get quality care for the occasional cancer and even speedy abortions when things went wrong with the mistresses.

Repeal and walk away = libertarian heaven.

According to the earlier CBO score if Obamacare were repealed 32 million would lose their insurance–I mean choose the freedom of not being able to see a doctor. Even with the Republicans hacking into voting machines, holding Congress is going to be a challenge under those circumstances…

Actually, repealing and not replacing is the best news yet (in the realm of destroying healthcare via the GOP). Let them throw the markets into complete and utter disarray because, you know, freedom. It will be their death knell in 2018. MAKE MY DAY, Kellyanne.

OT, but who doesn’t need a laugh today (and every day)??

Apparently, a bunch of RWNJs showed up at Gettysburg battleground to “protect Confederate monuments” from anti-fascist libruls – who never showed up.

This is my favorite part of the HuffPo article (my emphasis):

Ahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!

This is a barely concealed threat to the republicans who express doubts about it (or, to put it more accurately, those who say, “gee, I don’t think I support this because of ______. What am I bid for my vote?”) No one can stomach the idea of a re-election bid when there is zero medical coverage for human beings who actually, you know, vote. So KAC is giving them a look-see at what could happen if they don’t fall into line.

Kellyanne Conway, like her boss, is totally devoid of any sense of shame.

Trump: Repealing ObamaCare requires 60 votes. That will be much easier than getting 50 votes.

The GOP is very deliberately timing losses of coverage and other bad outcomes of their repeal effort to occur after both the 2018 midterms and 2020 Prez contest. Plus once Trump gets around to shooting someone on 5th Avenue, jailing Jim Acosta, appointing Ann Coulter Secretary of State and starting a nuclear war his reelection is assured.

Despite zero credibility she’s credible enough for F&F. :confounded:

Repeal alone can’t be done via reconciliation - otherwise they would have done it during the last 7 years (even without President Obama’s veto threat).

And for the millionth time, Kellyanne would’ve been better off saying nothing. She’s no longer of any use to her President or party.

You need 60 Senate votes to repeal and you don’t have them KKKellyanne!
