JFC, we’ve come to part in our political lives where we have to parse and define each item. Border security is all encompassing, while a border wall is a single ill conceived, expensive, not needed item.
I wonder, no I really don’t but let go on with this, if Trump even knew that when Congress appropriates money that money is specifically identified to be used for a specific program or purpose. Trump can’t just ask for a billion dollars and then decide where and when he can spend it. I mean it’s not like Trump & Co, where when he needs money he’ll take from here, move some from over there, and all to pay for some shit he saw and wanted.
