Wow. So soon-to-be the highest elected official in the land is demanding things like an apology over an excercise of free speech? This is a threat to the 1st amendment the likes of which we have never seen. Criticizing a Government Official? APOLOGIZE? WHAT CONSEQUENCE OR PUNISHMENT WILL FOLLOW? He’s draining the swamp and refilling it with dominionist freaks.Be afraid. Be very afraid.

Thank you conservatives for jotting down your names as a handy reminder of who the creative community, like the honey badgers, doesn’t give a fuck about.

See joeScar, here’s the thing. As a Christian he can believe that. So can you. It is your right. As a non-christian, I don’t believe that, which is my right. When you write your beliefs into law is where I, and many liberals, have a problem.

Why are conservatives, who are the first to deride “politically correct speech,” so often the first to criticize speech that is directed at them? They can dish it out but they sure can’t take it.

And note how very careful they are to not actually quote what the cast of “Hamilton” said? Since nobody sane or intelligent could possibly take exception to that message.

Conservatives echo…call for apology…

Yikes, there must be a half dozen of them.

Replacing the swamp with the “Slough of Despond”.

Surprising. The surest sign of weakness is to demand an apology that won’t be granted. The speech by the actor playing Burr, by the way, was written by Lin-Manuel Miranda himself. He’s not likely to be intimidated into apologizing.

Just so glad that Trump and the conservatives are on top of this threat to our society…public enemy #1 as it is.

While PBO is patiently explaining the three branches of government to Trump, he’s busy tweeting about a Broadway show. I feel so reassured about his leadership.

No, it is the GOP and their supporters who should apologize to the nation for undermining our political process, briningTrump to the White House, and defiling the very essence of our society’s 250 year foundation.

The Orange will seek revenge…and that fear is what is intolerable, and is reminiscent of fascist era or for that matter N Korea etc…

Pence extremely gay centric and has taken steps in Indiana that are very harmfull to the gay population. Considering there is a large gay population in the theatre, he got what he deserved. You do shitty things, you pay the price.

Trump: The Theater must always be a safe and special place. The cast of Hamilton was very rude last night to a very good man, Mike Pence. Apologize!

Sez the man who made America a less safe place for women, minorities, LGBT folk, and people of good conscience in general.

Just wait until Trump’s magical mystery victory tour. Bannon is probably counting on violence.

So now people are supposed to apologize for exercising their Constitutional rights? Or, apologize for being “rude” and without manners after Trump’s grotesque track record of bullying and abusive statements?? Unbelievable!!!

“The Theater must always be a safe and special place.” Says the guy who apparently never has set foot in a theater, if he thinks that means safe from discomfort or criticism or challenge.

Wait? Are they calling for safe spaces?
