Discussion: Conservative Writer Doesn't Buy Ayers Reason For Turning Down Trump: 'That's A Lot Of Crap'

John Son of Norman aka The Pod.
Not to be confused with Bill Son of Irving.
Or Andrew Son of Mario.

While I think Ayres is wrong in his support of trump I do think he made the right decision to tell trump “no, I do not wanna work for you”.
Kinda negates trump’s boast that “everybody wants to work at the White House”.

Podhorertz was a mid-level staffer in GHWB administration who published a fuck you memoir about his experiences there, so that may put blinders on his vision about the behind the scenes politics.

Ayers isn’t stupid. He’s young. Ambitious. Clever. He wants nothing to do with the Trumptanic.

Indeed, it will take a particular kind of truly dead-brain person to take the job.

I think it will be the Mooch because only he can deliver the appropriate eye rolling summaries of people and events.

Hence the source of the term verbal diarrhea…

If you knew ahead of departure that the Titanic was going to hit an iceberg and most would die in the accident would you go ahead and buy a ticket for the trip thinking that you might get lucky?

Or wait and buy a ticket on the next boat out?

This is what is called a NFB. No fucking brainer.

Red hot center OR steaming brown pile?? I guess it’s 6 one way, a half dozen the other… Either way, the Hair Fuhrer is going down…

I doubt the Trump Tower Taco Bowl has enough chile to produce the first condition.

Never forgot the story of his first day on the job at the White House, when someone inadvertently introduced as “John Normanson.”

Obviously, anyone smart enough to do the job well is also too smart to take it. Even most of the dummies won’t touch it at this point.

Hilarious. Podhoretz is shocked! shocked! that a member of the radical GOP is a very public liar and interested in mostly serving himself.

The Trump Sewer Tsunami keeps pumping untreated, toxic waste into the public square. It’s so unprecedented that it’ll be interesting to see how historians deal with the Trump era. Ayers is about as despicable as it gets, and even HE won’t work for the Colluder-in-Chief.

What actually happened is even funnier.

It wasn’t at the White House but at the Moonie Washington Times, where the editor, an old friend of the family, took newly-hired John around and kept introducing him as “John Podhoretz, Norman’s son.”

So someone made up a set of business cards for him … inscribed “John P. Normanson.”

Incidentally, John’s new colleagues at the self-same Moonie Washington Times found his writing so hilariously awful that one of them coined the term podenfreude — to describe the joy one obtains from reading someone else’s ridiculous prose.

Or Jonah Son of Lucille.

As far as I can tell, 34-year-old Nick Ayers has been in dodge most of his life. He joined the College Republicans at Kennesaw State U where he met soon-to-be-Georgia’s-Republican-governor Sonny Perdue. This tidbit in his biography has always stood out to me given that Kennesaw State U was responsible for managing Georgia’s voter rolls and electronic voting equipment, and they managed to produce the most hackable system in the US.

Maybe Nick Ayers thinks not only is Donnie damaged goods, but Pence probably will probably suffer blowback when all is said and done. We can only hope as Pence as POTUS is not a pleasant thought.

But still a sleazy piece of shit, i.e Eric Grietens top political consultant.

Nick Ayers wasn’t clean to begin with. His sleaze needs the cover of darkness not the klieg lights of the WH CoS.
