Discussion: Conservative Rep. Drops Out Of House Freedom Caucus Over Shutdown Threats

Discussion for article #240581

So, he’s not ashamed of shutting the government down for any little reason, but mad that they can’t figure out a way to blame Democrats for it? Awesome.

Totally delusional: “Undercover videos . . . are turning public opinion in our favor.”

All the videos did was make the fetus fetishists even more batshit, not increase their numbers.

Showing TeaLinquents some tough love…

That’s no doubt true. He’s also thinking about being labeled an asshole that loves shutting down the government before an election year. Funny how that shit doesn’t work anymore like it used to for most of these do-nothings. Its as if the country woke up and realized they really don’t like that shit anymore. They know PP is popular and shutting down the government is hated by a majority of Americans, including many mainstream and not altogether batshit crazy Republicans. What’s a teabagger to do?? Hold onto your chips and fold, if you hope to get re-elected I think.

Is there such a thing as a RITO? Republican in thought only? Because this guy has thought out the ramifications of the Tea-party-tactics to “Shut it down for one reason or other unless I get my way!”

“over the funding of Obama’s unlawful amnesty orders”
Notice he did not write “President” Obama? Very telling of this Teabagger/racist. Yes, I know that is redundant.

“the hard-right conservative group of representatives known for engineering government crises from the basement of Tortilla Coast --”

The fact that they hold these meetings here should have been enough. The food sucks, but the margaritas are good. They should have a couple.

Raise your hand if you know the difference between “principals” and “principles.”

Still crazy, but not willing to strap the political suicide-belt on it seems.

In short: “You guys are cooperating too much with Nancy Pelosi and getting her girl cooties all over our hard-right principles!”
