Lordy, I hope they’re japes…
Oooh, ouch. Please respond, Mr Whitaker.
I mean, nothing like “Iowa tight end” to get me thinking of the best and the brightest our country has to offer.
Whitaker might just be smart enough and in possession of enough willpower to not be provoked into rash derpitude by this dialog, but I know for a fact his boss isn’t.
Well, mee—YOW. He thought for a long few moments there before speaking, and decided to try to rattle Whitaker a little.
I guess Whitaker made it through Law School so he can’t be all that stupid, but again Michael Cohen did too.
Mr. Comey, despite his failings, is quite astute. I sense desperate flailing coming from the Current Occupant and his henchmen.
Had Whitaker been smart enough to whisper in PP’s ear about his plan to unravel the investigation, he probably could’ve gotten away with his scheme. Maybe, but he was too stupid to do that. He went around shouting about it all over cable news, telegraphing what he would do and how he’d go about it. Yes, that bought him PP’s attention and maybe it made sense before the election, but now it’s just a road map for Democrats to travel when they haul him before the House.
Sources report, however, that Whitaker was the thinnest kid at fat camp.
But wait…trump said he’d hire only the best people. Quote "I know people who are sooooo goooood… and he trailed off… (sorry, no way to put his inflection into print).
The best people are now “not the sharpest knife in the drawer”.
Geesh!
Could be worse, could be a veep from Indiana.
As soon as he figures out ,or is told, what Comey meant he might respond if someone informs him what respond means.
Welp, being a loud incompetent blowhard gets trump’s attention. Being quite, crafty, subtle, and damn good at your job gets you fired.
A secret stops being a secret as soon as it’s shared with Fat Nixon. He just can’t stop himself, thinks it makes him look smart by having what he thinks is insider knowledge.
Mr. Mueller, we’re waiting…
Louie Gohmert too. And he’s cartoonishly stupid, so I’ve stopped thinking getting a J.D. is any guarantee of anything. Half or three-quarters of the crazy-ass wingnuts we’ve been dealing with all these years had law degrees, and a lot of them are physicians.
Future moment in Whitaker’s life …
always thought the easy pass to arrogantly stupid-land was to be an MD with an MBA …
Half or three-quarters of the crazy-ass wingnuts we’ve been dealing with all these years had law degrees, and a lot of them are physicians.
Yep, Ben Carson is literally a brain surgeon.
Seriously the qualities needed for commonsensical and logical non-stupidity seem to be a mix of critical thinking skills and emotional things that keep you on the straight. Raw cognitive ability is no guarantee of much.
“Rash derpitude” … now that right there is a fine description of our present “Occupant in public housing”
