Discussion: Comey Letter Energized Trump To Win Election, Lewandowski Says

Lewandowski, Lebowski, what’s the difference. This from Ethan Coen, writer, director producer of the latter.

James Comey: Your publicity coup may have affected the outcome of the election. Or it may not have. But it will certainly breed speculation that it did. Such discussion will in some way serve the reputation of the F.B.I. Or not. You had to bravely contravene bureau protocols to make your contribution, so to you we owe a special thanks

I don’t suppose I have any way to encourage this gutter thug to speak respectfully of Secretary Clinton and not call her childish names. But I can remember that life is a matter of ups and downs, and the people you misuse on the way up may pay you back in kind on the return trip. Just sayin’.

What that did was remind people that there are two different rules in Washington–those of the elites, and the privileged and those for everybody else,”

Trump is now very, very excited to be able to take advantage of those rules, he added.

Lewandowski’s electoral analysis is incorrect: Bill Clinton won the presidency with 370 electoral votes in 1992 and 379 in 1996, a margin far greater than Trump’s 2016 tally of 290 electoral votes. Hillary Clinton is expected to win the popular vote in 2016.

Bad facts, bad analysis.

To quote my gal Madeline…‘There is a special place in hell…’ for those that sat on their butts.

Two days before Election Day, Comey sent a second letter to members of Congress, in which he concluded that the newly-discovered emails had “not changed our conclusions…”

FBI Director Emily Litella.

“Never mind.”

Even if its recency bias, Lewandowski’s number is still off, because FDR is still in the top five (edited) in relation to both electoral and popular.
