She may have been referring to the agreement between Israel and W. Germany in 1953 which almost started an internal civil war in Israel at the time, but I doubt it. She didn’t seem that bright to me…and was really just using it as a throw-away line I thought. Its always easy to punch downwards. And no, Jews in the diaspora didn’t get shit other than years of post trauma.

And yes, I am aware there are some Jews that are not white. There are also (albeit a very small minority) blacks that are in countries such as Ireland and Italy, etc. I was pointing out that there already are/were cultural appreciation months for majority white groups.
I didnt include Asian, Filipino, Haitian, Native American, etc… because they are not white.

It’s like when kids ask “if there is a Mother’s Day and a Farther’s Day, why isn’t there a Kid’s Day?” It’s because EVERY DAY is Kid’s Day.
Mother’s and Father’s days are celebrated in many cultures ad countries around the world. When I lived in Japan in the '90s, I was somewhat surprised to learn that there is a children’s day (May 5th since they switched to the Gregorian calendar) that has been celebrated for centuries. It originally only celebrated boys, but now includes both genders.
