Trump: This is all BS. I am winning 100% among homeschooled whites. They form the core of White America and I am their undisputed leader.
âHe dosenât wear well.â
Massive understatement there.
âStrong manâ politics is âprolotariatâ politics. Always has been.
I never said they wanted the country to be unified. As well, as you suggest, there are no policies whatsover, i.e. no unifying message. Trump doesnât know what he wants, his followers donât know what they want, neither knows âtheir wayâ and their negative emotions are fueling a rudderless course, destination unknown.
My response regarding the lie of unification was to pokeyoakey.

Generally speaking, college educated people, with the possible exception of those who majored in basket weaving or physical education, are well enough educated to realize that Donald Trump is running on the same basic platform that Adolf Hitler did.
Yeah, the poorly educateds.
This is why Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum and conservatives worked very hard at disenfranchising college students.
Conservatives like David and Goliath Koch are trying to buy out colleges and replace college departments with ignorant christyrannical hacks like Ken Starr.
Christyrannical churches are setting up madrassa colleges like Liberty University, Brigham Young University, Baylor, Regent University, that spread their ignorant religulous myths, fraudulent idealogies and unproven theologies.
In Republican states like Kansas, conservatives are dismembering public education to enable taxpayer welfare of church-run madrassa-style schools to brainwash the next generation of American children.
There are no policies because post-2009 Republicanism is not about policies.
Itâs about an attitude, a pose, a lifestyle that rejects government experience, proficiency with policy, and professionalism.
Itâs about sticking it to the pointy-headed liberals who think theyâre smarter than us, about being loyal to your team, your tribe.
Itâs about going to Washington and âshaking things up.â

This article, while revealing an inconvenient truth for the Trump camp, also feeds the popular notion that so-called âelitesâ are running the country into the ground. I would rather have an educated and thoughtful individual steering the boat than âJoe the Plumber.â If everything was simply black and white, âJoeâ might do just fine; but the world we live in is one of nuance, complex equilibria, and difficult choices, and I would much prefer that we have a so-so chess player than a grand master checker champion making those choices.
And to Hell with Godwin!
sometimes uncouth
âSometimesâ?!?!?
Thought Trump was (the) a hole in his coalitionâŚ
Godwin does not apply when talking about real Nazis. Godwinâs Law is the first line of defense of neo-Nazis.
Godwin is unfortunately needed now and again. I am just back from France where Hitler is absolutely not forgotten . Nor do the French miss the comparison to trump and his loathsome style. All that is missing are the brownshirts and ânight of the long knives.â I had to do a lot of explaining the last two weeks.

Trump is pretty far behind â especially for this early in the cycle. Pollsters like Quinnipiac and Rasmussen are banking on some hybrid 2012/2014 electorate mix this year thinking that Trump is pulling in a coalition that will offset the larger numbers of minorities who usually show up in higher numbers in Presidential election years. Reuters is thankfully not buying into this, and their numbers are much better for Hillary because theyâre polling targets reflect the higher minority numbers as well as disaffected college-educated whites whoâre turned off by Trump. Gary Johnson will inevitably siphon some of those college-educated whites, but not enough to prevent the impending electoral vote blowout by Hillary thatâs coming in November.
He has got the dumb ass demographic locked up tight, but I think thatâs about it.
