There are no words to express how stupid giving military equipment to school districts really is. What Congressional yahoo thought it would be a good idea?

Colbert can make fun of these things as much as he wants, but San Diego and the whole Country schools NEED MRAPs so that their teachers can safely remove pop tart bitten into guns from those pesky and dangerous elementary kids. There is nothing more educative than a .50 Cal mounted Humvee to subdue a first grader who is pointing his thumb-index fingers at you.
