“And number two, look I still harbor somewhere in my gut that I’m still very interested in politics. …
I think number two is what you’re harboring.
I think Number two is what he is.
I’m still interested in (running for office) and it’s something I would consider.
Deputy Dog-Catcher in Ultima Thule.
But where do I send my campaign contribution?
and will not be a safe one ……

I read the headline as Zucker berg and about spit out my coffee.
Don’t. Seriously, don’t.
Mr. FoxNewsLite? I don’t fuckin’ think so.
Zucker’s recent illness seems to have left him severely delusional.
True, he’s the man who invented Donald Trump (Jeff was Donald’s executive producer at NBC’s The Apprentice). True, he took a vicious, ratty, stunningly ignorant, deeply racist, malevolent, mendacious, low-rent trust fund brat from Queens and, using the power of illusion—scripts, editing, makeup, costumes, a soundtrack, a supporting cast, a memory hole for the outtakes —transformed him into a Decisive Business Leader, or whatever.
That particular lightning isn’t going to strike twice, though, and it sure isn’t going to strike for this vicious little poser.

Would he be looking for votes from the Dems who are disgusted with him for enabling so many GOP liars, or from the Repubs who think he’s been conspiring with Dems to make Trumpp look like a (borrowing from @mothermachree above) “vicious, ratty, stunningly ignorant, deeply racist, malevolent, mendacious, low-rent trust fund brat from Queens”?
Can you blame the guy? After Trump ran and won, any No. 2 would feel emboldened.
I probably wouldn’t mind if it weren’t for him spreading himself around so much.
In so many ways CNN is worse than Fox. Fox is a right wing Republican Nazi propaganda arm. MSNBC basically tries to deal with truth and fact although it has faults and shortcomings and corporate influence. CNN tells both sides of the story even when they know one of the sides is a lie. Shame on them.
Isn’t he the one who propelled the orange to celebrity? In addition, he’s turned CNN into unwatchable reality show crappy network.
Why? Why do you think you have what it takes and what the country needs just because you run CNN? There’s no relation to being in government.
Just stick to what you know, sorta.
It worked for Berlusconi.
He’s too ugly for politics. And politics is too ugly for him.
Better to stay in the overpaid and over-cosseted world of self-important cable-media, where there is no accountability for inaccuracy, incompetence, and craven selling out. You simply have to put on a freak show every day; content quality is pretty much irrelevant.
“worked” is open to interpretation. hahahahaha
Odious.
