Why was Navarro so nice? 
She didn’t mention what a danger he is, or that he nascent presidency is already mired in multiple scandals, or that he is a habitual liar.
She did cover a lot of bases, though. Kudos!

Hey, Navarro, thanks for stating the obvious; something we’ve been saying since the 1990s, at least. What’s even more irritating is the press is still expecting a “pivot” or some other sign that Drumpf has awakened to the fact that he’s president and he vows to act like it. Drumpf is out of “chances”, out of “benefits of doubt”, out of “if only he’d see himself as we do”. He’s an unrepentant bigot, misogynist, plutocrat, racist, pig. He loves himself just the way he is (sorry, Billy Joel). And, sooner or later, he’s certain, we will all love him too.

I’m not scared of president Pence. His politics are neanderthal, but he is neither a skilled politician nor an entertainer. No-one likes him. He was about to lose the governorship of Indiana before he signed on. He can’t even camouflage the meanness of his politics with an aw-shucks demeanor and personal charm like W.

Yawn. A righteous screed but it is giving Trump precisely the reaction he is looking for. Trump will stop behaving this way precisely when it stops getting him attention. This notion that someone, anyone (except maybe Putin), could have a talk with Trump and end this kind of behavior shows that Navarro has not yet learned anything about Trump.
