Who knew? All it took to penetrate that inch-thick cranium was a self-administered 35-day shutdown spanking from a new Speaker he’s learned, on a visceral, animal level, to fear.
And his face looks different too. He may have run out of his favorite color, Cheeto Sunrise, and opted for Aging Adonis Bronzer just to keep things interesting. Maybe it’s what he does instead of pivoting?
So can Cheeto Mussolini just move DoD funds around at will? I hope he declares an Emergency and Pelosi marshalls the house into a vote negating the declaration. Your move, Turtle Boy!

Not just that his hair is somewhat more “natural” looking, his face is beginning to look somewhat sunken. Even the bags are baggier.
Maybe all of the “orange” comments finally got under his skin? Maybe the hour is “cut” out of “executive time” was his tanning bed? Maybe he stiffed his usual hairdresser?

That happens to even non-indictable presidents. Must be a hell of a job if you actually try to do it.
Hair weirdness could indicate failure of hair growth hormones he is taking. Look up the results of over dosing on that stuff.
This is why the dems should’ve blocked any funding for fence etc. It was so predictable as to be written on the inside of everyone’s eyelids.
Executive action? Seriously?
In order for Trump to get his Wall, a lot of people would be forced off their land by eminent domain. The court fights would last a long time, even if he won.
In any case, he can’t build his wall by his own fiat.
This is just Trump trying to get his base not to desert him…

Only a stable genius could turn $25 billion into $1.3 billion. If it were possible to technically bankrupt the government, he would do so. In fact, the debt has exploded on his watch.
One point am curious about is how much if any U.S. land Trump will effectively ceded to Mexico by building the wall. As I understand it, the much of the actual border line between the two countries runs exactly down the middle of the Rio Grande River. It seems financially impractical to build wall exactly along line given that the ground under river is unstable and prone to shift. So will Trump build his wall along the north edge of the River or perhaps even set it back some distance from the north edge? Or will he claim the whole river by force from Mexico (Putin’s choice)? And if Trump opts to build on north edge, from an optics standpoint, Trump appears to be effectively ceding potentially hundreds of thousands of acres of U.S. land to Mexico.
First of all, it’s Cheeto Benito – always go for the rhyme! In fact, he can’t move funds around at will. That’s just a bedtime story Republicans are telling Trump to win his signature on the funding bill and avert another shutdown.
Every pot of money Trump could access has fierce defenders both in the bureaucracy and on Capitol Hill. He and his administration aren’t adroit enough to get past those guardians and hijack enough funds to make any significant difference on the border.
Trump’s wall was always a fantasy and it always will be.
