Knowing Trump would do the opposite, Obama should have said:
Tweet before you think.
Misspell as many words as possible.
Golf every weekend.
Hire only family and cronies.
Listen to nobody.
Put personal profit first.
Screw the poor.
Alienate our friends.
Threaten everyone and never follow through.
Throw rallies for yourself every two weeks.
Build the wall even if you have to shut down the government.
Fire James Comey.

Obama has wisely kept quiet in the fights over his political accomplishments, but itās obvious heās disgusted. Leaking the contents of the letter seems like a good sign heās had enough of staying mum.

Nothing in there heād feel compelled to communicate that we all donāt already know, and the Obama of my imagination, at least, would think that was inappropriate. An Obama aide, perhaps, if one had access; but Iām leaning more toward its being just one more leak/cry for help from Trumpworld. Itās hard for me to imagine a more ridiculously fruitless exercise than Obama giving Trump advice. Itās akin to lecturing a tree stump on particle physics.
