And as Precedent, his family and staff use private email servers and it’s hunky dory.

So when will Congressional and Senate Democrats start hammering Trump’s advisers over their use of private e-mail servers (I’m looking at you JarVanka).
If they did that it would be an implied admission that what Hillary Clinton did was wrong…
Obama’s people walk in with no worries, nothing weighing on their minds. They are there to provide additional information, perhaps clarify some issues.
Trump’s stooges, on the other hand, have to weigh each word carefully to avoid tripping themselves up. They’ve got a lot to hide and taking the 5th is always a consideration.
Lynch will likely be asked about her private meeting with former President Bill Clinton on an airport tarmac while her office was investigating former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s use of private email.I'm sure a Republican committee member or three will ask her about this but suspect most committee members will stick to the main agenda which is Russian interference, possible collusion of campaign(s) with same, what the DOJ knew about it and when. I suppose the question of whether or not HRC's email account was hacked by the Russians could be of interest. Questioning Lynch on whether she discussed DOJ business with either Clinton may be on the menu too.
NB: Can’t recall if she made this formal but ISTR Lynch recused herself from the HRC email investigation because of her long association with the Clintons, leaving it exclusively under the FBI’s control, so it’s not clear what, if anything, she could say about it even if it were germane to the committee’s investigation.

What she did was wrong, even she’s admitted that. Its just not the big deal that the corrupt Republicans want it to be.

This is not the same, AT ALL, as Ms. Clinton’s use of a private e-mail server. In Ms. Clinton’s case, there was a very real possibility that if she put classified information into an e-mail sent through that server a hostile foreign power could gain access to that information. IN the case of the Trump White House, since Mr. Trump is already a Russian agent, he’s already given them everything… there’s nothing for them to learn reading Ivanika’s e-mails. And, for goodness sake Jared probably already has a secure communications channel to the Kremlin, they hardly need to read e-mails he sends to OTHER people.

Women and people of color are their favorite targets, and they’re gonna want to use this to throw some red meat to the base. So, I suspect there’ll be a bit of a war of words with Republicans congratulating themselves for beating up on her and claiming she wasn’t as open and transparent as she should’ve been, and Democrats calling bullshit.
Whereas in JarVanka’s case it’s a certainty.
Furthermore, we know that Clinton’s server was not compromised by Russian hackers because nothing was leaked. John Podesta’s emails were given to Wikileaks by Russian hackers, and there should be no doubt that they would have done the same with Clinton’s emails if they had managed to hack her server.

There is no evidence, none, nada, niente, zero, that any messages sent from the private server were classified when sent–a few were classified subsequently (the idea of that boggles the mind, but that’s for another time).

The Senate, however, might - I say might - have some Republicans willing to focus on the threat Trump represents to the country.

Moreover, of course, Chelsea Manning and WikiLeaks kinda put “paid” to any attempts to hide classified diplomatic information from enemies, allies, or the public. The Hillary Clinton E-Mails “Scandal” was interesting only to Representative Gowdy. The fact that the Lying Orange Shit-Stain’s obvious treason has not attracted any attention from the majority party in either House of the Legislature shows what actually matters to those bastigies.
And why precisely are we to assume that none of the emails among Trump’s staff aren’t classified?
