I have a nine year old. So naturally, I’m a bronie. The show is actually hilarious. Besides Schlichter being a total douchebag he has about as much charm as a snuff film. Surprised Lemon caught that. This kind of bullshit is usually right up his alley.

Although this lying fool was somehow permitted to excrete his psychological baggage on cable tv, it’s almost undeniable that if Bill Clinton had not been term-limited, he might still be POTUS because…wait for it…the American people would have democratically elected for him.
But free and fair elections are a value that Repugs seem to hate.
In fact, the only person who might have beaten him over the last 15 years is the current POTUS.

Agreed. The topic was Trump’s comments about Hillary being, and I quote, “schlonged” by Obama, and how it’s “disgusting” that she went to the bathroom.
Schlonged: “To be cock-slapped by a man with a large penis.”
There’s absolutely no universe in which someone can actually support that kind of crap unless Obama quite literally whipped out his schlong and slapped Hillary at some point during the 2008 debates and we somehow missed that. Like we somehow missed the thousands of cheering Muslims in NJ during 9/11.
Of course, it’s entirely possible I missed the alleged “schlonging” during the debates, but you’d think something like that would be noticed and leave an image, if not mental and emotional scarring.
So of course the prick tried to change the subject to stuff that happened, over 15 years ago. Because he’s an asshole supporting an even bigger asshole.
Lemon’s an idiot, but yeah, at least he did do the right thing on this one.

Lemon was unflappable and impressive and professional. He asked the guy over and over to discuss the topic i.e not Hillary. The guy ignored Lemon, so he had no choice but to cut him off— or give into bullying.

I’m actually noticing a trend lately… it seems as if somehow a line was crossed, and media folk are starting to push back on the GOP bullshit. Or weakly trying to in many cases.
It could be tribalism. GOPers of late have been acting just like their supporters. They are either belittling, bullying, blatantly lying, or just plain getting angry at media folks. Maybe it’s finally an impact and there’s some smidgen of a pushback, as pathetic as it might be.
Also not sure if it’s a blip or a sign of something more.
