Announcing this at night seems like the worst possible timing. Why not wait until the morning? It would seem that a morning announcement would be more likely to attract non-violent protests.
It’s almost as if officials are spoiling for a fight.
But then perhaps this is a signal that Brown will be indicted.
The Judge has to review all the evidence before releasing it. Standard procedure. It’s a procedure that must be gone through, so the Judge can’t announce they are or are not releasing info.
If you think Wilson will not be indicted AND that no evidence will be released, you are tripping. You fell for a bait story.
The facts are before the Grand Jury, all of them. If they decide to indict, it will go to trial. If they don’t, all those facts become public information. Seems like a proper procedure to me. If it is shown Mr. Brown shoved Wilson back into the car when Wilson tried to get out, and that after that Brown kept coming toward Wilson when told to stop, then there is zero reason to indict, a trial is a waste of time. If it is shown Brown had his hands up and was 50 feet away when shot, then of course you indict Wilson. Seems quite reasonable.
So whose idiot idea was it to release this news at night when the chance for deadly mistakes is at it’s peak? They should be fired.
