However, a complaint about another part of the article:

How about âpurported to transferâ or âattempted to transferâ since itâs long settled on Planet Not-Bundy that federal law supersedes state law in case of conflict. That bill has no more force than if a state passed a law declaring the return of separate but equal.
Is that even possible?
