Which is probably closer to the actual debt in reality anyway. The penalties and interest are ridiculous and worse than loansharking AKA usury.
The IRS has it’s place, but they strongly abuse their authority and use that as a fear tactic. I’m no where near on Bundy’s side but he is challenging the system and in the end it would be great if he pays what he owes and the system just does what it supposed to do and nothing else.
O, the Feds have a lot more in mind for this guy I’m sure. It’ll come when he least expects it. And when it does, WE’LL ALL SMILE. And go on with our lives.
Fuck this asshole. If i were in charge, I wouldn’t have sent agents to deal with him, I would’ve frozen all of his assests, placed a lien on his property and let his redneck ass come to me.
