I’m glad it’s finally being talked about on our side. It’s not a “bad” word, it’s not something that we need to run from.
Me too, though I think HRC is right to also use the term “reproductive health care.” We should be talking about reproductive rights in general, which are under attack in all kinds of ways.
She made an interesting point. We should not take these rights for granted but I fear many of us do regard this as settled law.
It probably never will be. It has too much value as a wedge issue for Republicans to ever give up beating their drums over it.
Bernie only cares about reproductive rights if the fetus is deemed too big to fail.
This was the point that it became very clear, that Hillary is a General election candidate, and Bernie simply isn’t. She rose above him here, while he was still making faces and smirks and wagging his finger at the moderator like a hyperactive kid in a class photo.
Or your wives… or your daughters —
It’s never settled law with some folk.
Let’s not forget about the attack on contraceptive care at the level of SCOTUS where some people object to having to object.
Regarding Trump’s comment, he was simply stating the logical outcome of anti-abortion rights reasoning. If a fetus is defined as a living human being, and abortion is hence murder, then why wouldn’t you punish a woman for having an abortion? Really, by that logic, she should be eligible for the death penalty. It’s absolutely insane, but there you go… the Donald said it simply because he was trying to appeal to his immediate crowd, and followed their mentality to a logical conclusion.
More like dodged the actual question, but hey, whatever floats your boat.
Got those tax returns sent out yet?
… I just have to laugh at any Bernie supporter trying to say Hillary dodged a question with that EPIC dodge that Bernie offered up tonight…again…for the umpteenth time in many weeks.
What? Saying they would be released tomorrow is an epic dodge?
What color is the sky in your world? And when they say nothing bad? What ever will you dis him for?
=)
He said he’d release this year’s tax returns tomorrow, but nothing about, well, all the other years. He also couldn’t name one example of how Wall St. money influenced her policies or voting record. He also dodged several questions about how he’d implement any of his proposals and get them through Congress.
She takes there money.
That’s enough.
He hardly dodged any questions. That was Secretary Clintons specialty this evening.
Their.
Thanks auntie grammar nazi. Your pettiness has been noted.
It never will be as long as there are enough Opus Dei Catholics on the Court willing to let their personal religious beliefs overcome stare decisis.
“Empress Obvious Wants Valuable Debate Question Time Taken On Policy Agreements”
is a religious belief.
Got those Speech texts yet?
When are we going to see what those investors spent $153 million dollars on?
