He did mention WV, BUT he used that 40 % figure like it was accurate or important. It was neither.
He has an agenda.
This is why HRC will lose to Trump. She is addicted to lying. The US can never go bankrupt because it prints its own currency. It can dilute the currency that may result in inflation. But, it cannot go bankrupt.
HRC wants to be President by any means necessary. She would lie whenever she can. Trump’s a liar, also. Trump is the ultimate demagogue. HRC is not far behind. And, since the voters of the US are so stupid, and the political system is so rigged, we have essentially the two worst possible candidates to chose from. Therefore, I will write in my vote: Bernie Sanders. If the voters in the US has half a brain, instead of being suckers to demagoguery, Bernie would have won in a landslide.
So now with the German demographic?

This actually means precisely what it says: within the margin of error of an exit poll, about 40% of Sanders’ primary voters did not intend to vote for him in general, thus there were not really his supporters.

He are saying 50,000 Trump voters are among them.
