Looking forward to further “oh snap” moments like this from Hillary
Everything Sanders attacks Clinton on -is also an attack on Obama.
Hillary needs to point this out…constantly.
I agree with Josh. I’m half expecting Trump to come on and tell these two to tone it down a bit. Either that or it might turn into a food fight.
Hillary is crisp and informative, Bernie is just grumpy, not happy demeanor doesn’t give confidence. He seems to recycle the tired, show us the speeches. He doesn’t wow us with new exciting attacks on Secretary Clinton. Yawner
He knows he’s losing and it’s making him more grumpy.
He’s looking like that grouchy ass uncle that no one wants at thanksgiving dinner!
What bugged me most was the question that was put directly to him: point to a single vote by Senator Clinton that demonstrates that she was compromised by her links with Wall Street. He could not answer. Blustered instead about her paid speeches. He has nothing.
In fact, h evaded direct answers to direct questions about his policy positions and plans to implement them. . I am really hoping that she lets this speech transcripts nonsense to fester and then – like the longform birth certificate of Obama – release them and show that there is nothing in them.
Red in the face throughout, I thought he might get apoplexy.
Can’t wait to hear Jane Sanders whine about this inquisition now.
It’s only an inquisition if you’re not prepared or incoherent.
I think they are not near needing a reprimand from Trump, the master of personal attack. Tonight’s conversation is on the issues. So it gets passionate. Not a fair criticism by Josh.
My new nickname for Sanders is “Bernie Bluster”. And, please, STOP wagging that finger.
Me too!
Let’s see those transcripts so we can see if money influanced votes or legislation
She needs to be careful here; money is a problem in politics, and a broad consensus of the electorate thinks that. It’s true that his attacks are underhanded here, but she has to acknowledge, while there is a problem in this area generally, this is the way that politics work in America right now and if she is going to be in the game she has to play by the rules, and that’s all she’s doing.
I agree she just playing by the rules given to her.
Let’s see those tax returns to see if Sanders has a vested interest in his Wall Street portfolio making money and if he is a member of the 1%.
He couldn’t answer how much he’s raised for fellow Democrats, because he hasn’t. I didn’t get Sec. Clinton was nervous, but Bernie was not at ease and everything was blah blah, Wall St. blah blah…free college…".we can do it". blah blah…
Hillary was a stronger debater tonight.
Agreed, and I really don’t see how any intelligent adult could’ve viewed that exchange on Climate Change and not come away dumbstruck at this man’s level of bullshit spewing. He’s going to demand more, he’s going to get more done! Yeah, fool, with what? What Congress? How are you going to do anything but stand around shouting at clouds? He won’t even get off his ass and help other Democrats get elected, but somehow Captain Save A Ho is going to get the GOP (and Joe Manchin) to go along with his bigger, expanded Climate Change proposals? Please, this man is an absolute charlatan.
The contrast in sheer knowledge was painfully obvious tonight. Bernie is just not ready for prime time.
