Discussion: Clinton Leads Trump By 6 Points In Post-Debate National Tracking Poll

I very much would have liked to have seen positive movement for Clinton rather than just dropped support for Trump.

On the other hand, the trend is still good.

May the trend still continue to be our friend…

Jeez, there’s no pleasing some people!

This is a low-beta poll, which probably means it’s fairly accurate. Movement week to week is minimal. The only notable thing here is HRC expanding by one point in the four-way and losing one point in the two-way. Which is basically statistical noise.

Past tense of “lead” is “led.”

These margins show little change from last week’s pre-debate survey, where Clinton led Trump by 5 points in a four-way race and 7 points in a two-way.

Given Clinton’s excellent debate performance and the amount of bad news/ actions by Trump, I would have expected her to go up as she has in other polls.

It wasn’t just that Trump had a bad debate and week, but Clinton had a very good one.

Love the trend line.

Let’s keep Hillary moving up, up, up!

She’ll be fine up to about 8 points, then the media will turn on her again, take her down a few notches, keep her in her place.
I’ve never in my 50 yrs seen such media animosity towards a candidate, I don’t even think they got this personal with Nixon, calling her a liar because she got pneumonia?
