Bollocks!

Thank you California! Iā€™ve already mailed in my vote for Bernie and will be hitting the phone banks this weekend. I feel sad for you hateful commenters that will no doubt attack me and/or leave unnecessarily negative and snarky comments about another Democrat still in the raceā€¦but then I realize that you are such an infinitesimal percentage of voters, i donā€™t really care.

Eh. With a sample size of 550 voters and a margin of error of almost 6%, maybe donā€™t count Hillary out quite yet.

According to our latest polls-plus forecast, Hillary Clinton has a 97% chance of winning the California primary.

I certainly donā€™t expect anyone to attack you. Many people at TPM voted for Sanders in the Primary and that is what you did since you support him.

I just hope you will vote for the Democratic nominee in November. I havenā€™t heard or seen one Hillary supporter who plans to do otherwise.

Oh how brave! You dare risk getting attacked on the Internet?

Join the Hillary supporters, Most have been experiencing that for some time.

Imma go with Nate Silver over one single poll:

TPM didnā€™t report on the SurveyUSA poll released Monday that had HRC up by 18 in California . As I said, polling that is favorable to HRC doesnā€™t make it to TPM.

Vote with your heart in the primary and with your head in the general. Thanks, kend90027, for participating in the democratic process.

I donā€™t get the reflexive defensiveness, though. Did you comment here hoping to provoke an ā€œattackā€?

In any case, I wish your candidate the best of luck, and hope that, should he not prevail, that you support the Democratic nominee. If he does prevail, Iā€™ll sure as heck be voting for him, and gladly.

If Bernie squeaks out a win in California, he still loses the nomination. Woo. I guess if the polling had him possibly winning 80%/20% then this might be interesting, otherwise itā€™s still just giving the illusion that thereā€™s still a contest here.

Mailed my California ballot in on Tuesday. I voted for Secretary Clinton.

538 has had that poll (may 13-22) up for a couple of days and gives it a .45 weight. A poll by Survey USA (may 19-22) has a weight of 1.91 and shows Clinton ahead by 18 %

Hereā€™s one for youā€¦

This guy attacks someone, while at the same time claiming victimhood. LMFAO!

There were plenty 4 years ago.

This poll is before the State Department report, which is likely to take a toll as well. Hillary has repeatedly stated that ā€œit was permittedā€. This is clearly contradicted by the report, further calling into question HRC honesty and trustworthiness. Two weeks is a lifetime in politics. A lot can happen.

Are you kidding? What does that have to do with now? BTW! I was an Obama supporter last time, but would have voted for Hillary if she had won the nomination. And this time I would vote for the nominee of the party as well. I am a Democrat, and that is the bottom line for me.

Look. The factual report of how Hillary supporters have been treated is just that. The person I ā€˜attackedā€™ was proclaiming anticipatory ā€˜victimhoodā€™ for the prospect of being disagreed with.

Iā€™m under no obligation to find him anything other than comical unless I make the truly insulting assumption that he will vote out of pure spite if anyone hurts his feelings.

Kend90027, I guess you decided not to continue the discussion since it didnā€™t turn out the way you hoped/expected. Iā€™m disappointed because I wanted you to see that we welcome all ideas here.

No doubt the media, including internet media like TPM, were anxious to deliver the coup de grace to Bernie Sandersā€™ Campaign. At this writing on 6/6/16 @ 7 PM PDT, Associated Press has declared Hillary the ā€œpresumptive Democratic nominee for US Presidentā€ - a pre-election annointing by media if ever there was one. So now, deflated and disgruntled California voters will stay home with a jug of Jack and let the Billary Campaign have California.
