NBC is trying to keep viewers,ABC 12 point lead is more realistic(IMO),considering all the turmoil going on in the GOP.
Trump does not pivot, he pirouettes whenever it serves him, political positions spinning like a top, blithely denying that he ever held a different view. He plays us. At our peril, we let him spin the top while making ourselves dizzy chasing what he says.
In apparent contrast, at first glance he seems remarkably steadfast in his business behavior. The one thing we seem to know is that he makes money, a lot of it. How? From debts he incurs but refuses to fully pay back. You fill his bank account by emptying yours. His hubris comes at your expense. He plays us. And he takes pride in this.
We see a striking consistency throughout every aspect of his life: A lie runs through all of his views and projects and each of his promises, handshakes, and signatures. Truth is concealed in his strange land. Though it will never start, each rusted out car has a new paint job. Built with money from the car you bought, each new golf course has spectacular fairways that you will never play.

How can an ABC/WaPo poll have Clinton with a double digit lead and NBC/WSJ has a 5 point lead? Sounds like 2012 when the polls ere all over the place…I’d bet NBC is going to play this out till the last day as “this election is going to be close nail biter” to keep interests in their floundering news station and sunday mock news.
No, they all agree. They agree that Hillary beats Trump in every poll, Trump hasn’t moved much and the 3rd party candidates have such a small number of support they’ll never win a state or any electoral votes.
Even the murdock rag (wsj) has HRC up by 5!
Makes you wonder how MSNBC is off ten points from the ABC poll. Did Morning Joe conduct the interviews? “Are you for Donald Trump or The Donald?”

I am not a MSM employee and I do not give a damn about the HorseRace. EVERY DAY that Trump remains in the “news” as a GOP Nominee for President is a setback for the United States of America in every conceivable respect.
At this point, since it seems apparent that the lucre-loving MSM whores would like to keep this carnival-show until November, I am looking at GOP people who may have some sense to simply abstain from supporting Trump. If that can result in a CONSISTENT double-digit lead until Election Night, we might have a chance to defeat Trump. There are too many distracted and misinformed people–as well as misguided people on the Left to rest easy until Trumpzilla is defeated.

The big story in the NBC/WSJ poll is not the margin but the fact that Trump is down to 41, which is pretty close to where the WaPo/ABC poll has him (39 percent). Much of the difference on the Hillary side has to do with how hard they push leaners, especially Bernie supporters. FWIW, NBC/WSJ polls always have a low beta, meaning they swing very little from poll to poll. It showed only minor contraction from April to May and only minor expansion of HRC’s lead from May to June. WaPo by contrast showed a huge shift from April to May and then from May to June. My guess is that NBC, like Rasmussen, uses a Party ID screen to prevent wide fluctuations between samples. I disagree with doing so because I think Party ID really does shift from GOP/Dem to Independent and back - see George Will, for example. My guess is that if the election were held today it would look more like WaPo - 50 for HRC, 40 for Trump, and 10 for the others.
The menace of Trump lies as much with the RESULT of his ascension to the Presidency as the odds against him.
Think 30-mile-wide asteroid hurting toward earth with a 15% chance of striking…than think how casual people would be about that. Trump represents a greater danger. First, Trump’s Presidency would be an Extinction Level Event for the nation and planet. Second, the people voting for Trump are guided by emotion as much (and probably more) than “logic”…which means that doing anything logical to turn that around may be impossible**
**on the other hand, in the case of an asteroid strike, there could be rational means to reduce the probability of the asteroid hitting earth. In the case of Trump, no force on earth can sway the opinion of those who have turned themselves over to the worship of Donald Trump, who is not a Republican at all, but someone who Represents the Trump Party.
Question:
If even the low end polls (like this one) are forecasting a landslide for the Secretary, does Senator Sanders have anything left?
