Don’t these jobs have requirements, like being able to carry out the function of the office? If you can’t do that function because of your religious beliefs, then get your fat ass out of the job and find another one. She looks like she would fit right at home as a Wal-Mart greeter.
BTW, 80 grand a year in Kentucky can surely get you a hairdresser? (Although, come to think of it, looking at Rand Paul, maybe not.)

It’s been pointed out elsewhere that she would need to be impeached and that wouldn’t pass in her state.
I think she needs to be found in contempt of court and continuously fined. The forst fines would be met by donations from the true believers but they will eventually move on to the next shiny thing…

Rowan County Chief Clerk Kim Davis’ lawyers filed an emergency appeal late Friday asking the Court to grant “asylum for her conscience”
Military adventurism and drone strikes that kill innocent bystanders are anathema to my conscience. I believe I’ll forthwith contact my attorney and have him petition the SCOTUS for asylum from paying that portion of my taxes that funds the purchase and operation of drones.
P.S. And also whatever portion of my taxes pays the salary of the entire GOP contingent of the U.S. Congress.
