FINALLY! These goobers have been running around for years hyping up fears of voter fraud and the need to make sure that we triple check the voter registrations of non-Whites

I haven’t been this happy to see Hans slapped down since he left the Justice Dept. He was very much like Kobach- in a position to use verifiable data to test his claims, but was too wrapped up in his ideology to bother. He KNEW the answer already.

Elections weren’t litigated before Bush v. Gore, they were simply won according to all the counted votes. Bush v. Gore said that vote counting takes a backseat to meeting some so-called deadlines which are simply artificial constructs.
